Track INI?

For most of the 1.5 mile tracks, the AI cars will spread out over a long run, but at the Homestead revamped tracks, they always stay in a pack. Is there an easy fix in the INI settings to spread them out or does that have to do with the data file?

Try "ai_squeeze_pcnt". As more you increase that number, as more your AI's will spread.

Just a note, ai_squeeze_pcnt does not directly relate to spreading out the pack. It alters the way minrace and maxrace lines are viewed by the AI. Raising the value (don't go too high) will increase the AI's likelihood to run different lines as they sort of start to ignore the minrace and maxrace lines. In the case where the AI is having trouble passing properly this can assist in spreading out the pack as faster cars are able to pass appropriately and put some space between their competitors. It should be also noted that it could negatively cause the pack to spread out due to cars getting out of the groove and slowing down some of the pack, there's typically a sweet spot somewhere.

ai_drafting_distance can help as well though I like relying on it much.
