Hi, I was looking to get an Indy Car Mod for nr2003. I see there is a 2020 mod out there, but do I have to join taptalk to get it. I'm not seeing any download for it.
If you have it please let me know how to get it and is it any good. I had the old Indy mod on an old computer and the cars sunk into the track.
Thanks for any help.

Yes, you have to join tapatalk to download. They post the tracks, mod, and cars in the forum download section rather than on the website.

It is an amazing mod!

Most indy mods have a model for player cars and AI cars. If you use the wrong model (for example, if you use the AI model for your car), the car will sink into the track. It is a "ride height" issue in the way the game interprets the player cars and AI cars (I assume because they are so low to the ground).

Hi, I'll be getting it today. Thanks for the tip on the cars. l believe the old mod I had was PWF, long time ago, had the Trans Am also and that wasn't good either, again it was a long long time ago.
Thanks Again!

To help stop .pta cars sinking into the ground you need to add the PTA ride height fix. Search Google and you can find it.

The ride height fix isn't working on windows 11, windows 11 is missing a DLL file, compatibility is not making a difference.
I'm looking for a fix.
Please let me know if you know anything.
Thanks

Seems that the Player car isn't sinking, I might not have noticed the different cars if you hadn't said it!!! Thanks. All I have to do now is get some set ups sounds and speed.

I'm running Win11 and it is working just fine on mine with no .DLL error. Not sure what's going on with your system.

Don't know but using the Player Cars is working, I didn't notice the player and ai cars, another fellow on here said it earlier, but no sinking anymore.
Thanks
Steve
