As for what it might be, could it be "Tops Friendly Market" maybe? Colors look right, and Watkins Glen is in their market area.

Now that I'm on the PC and can really blow up the picture, I'm 99.9% sure it's indeed "Tops Friendly Market".

I watched the Rock 1 race looking for something else when I came across this, Craven has something new on the tv panel...
To me it looks like the Sr #3 at the bottom so maybe "in loving memory" would make sense since it was the first race after Daytona? Still a bit blurry so it's a wild guess but if the size of "memory" is slightly larger than "in loving" it could work.
Would anyone happen to know more?
