Paint scheme won't load in Blender

I am trying to render a new paint scheme I just made in Blender, but whenever I try to open the image, it doesn't show up. The render I am using is by James Hodge and it's the transparent car one. I'll post a photo down below for reference. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me with this issue!

I don't use Blender very often so I don't know a lot of this stuff, but I was watching a tutorial online that told me to import an image from another folder, this one.

alright ... so what you need to do is go to the shading tab, and select the paint you want to put on the car, and adjust the lines like so:

it should look like this (just the first box on the top)
