Yup!

The track isn't mine obviously - it is readily available on a few NR2k3 download sites. I just edited the pit entry info in the .ini file to allow for the field of 30 cars (+1 for the player). The default for this track is 27.

It's a pretty fun unique track - but I also tend to like road courses more than ovals anyway!

I was originally going to wait until the 23rd (yesterday was the ann. Of the 1997 race) but I literally could not contain my excitement when I realized I was done, lol
