How to use:
I used gimp to make it a tga file and upload it to Nr2003.
Go to opponent manager, new driver, type random file name, go to import and click on the download. Then fill out the driver name, number, sponsor, and team. I have not made/put pit box and ratings
I have custom names for the drivers because these schemes I make/edit are used for my Nr2003 Series
