Good stuff, making a whole spotter pack isn't an easy task!

And to answer your question about the "ins" files - those USED to play when you hit the pace car in Nr4 and Nr2002 - something you can't do in Nr2003 since they disabled the collision for it. Thus, the insult files go unused in Nr2003
