The download includes .car files, so you shouldn't have to put it on any car. But it goes on the NCS22 generic body, or "Dodge" in game

I don't have any plans to at this point. I might work on a "throwback" set at some point down later on, but I'm content with just doing the current cars at the moment.

Amazing once again, question, will the full release come with ratings?

Planning on it, a little bit hard to gauge ratings without really knowing which teams are the best this season just yet, but I'll probably rate them according to the current speculation. That meaning Ferrari, Merc, and Red Bull will be the best cars in the set.
