2022 throwback tires

forgot to put this in with the original download, but heres the throwback tires they used for darlington, made by rishabh, original mips by om3ga. just extract them in the basic cws15 folder, and they should show up ingame!
when you want to go back to the normal tires, just remove the two files from the cws15 folder.
