Fixed missing Josef Newgarden car from the 500.

Numbers: DieCastCharv, BER, and individual NTT teams (with modifications by myself)
Logos: In as much as humanly possible, I tried to get the exact logos from the original companies or teams. In a very few limited cases, I had to either redesign a logo or make one from scratch.
Ratings: Dooper (Modified by myself)
Pitboxes: Phantom7

Final set updates:
Most teams have new pit boxes to 2023 sponsors
Drivers helmets all changed over to 2023
Final race by race ratings done by Dooper
Mistakes made on earlier version of cars (or ones I didn't like how I the car came out) were fixed.

Fantastic set!! But I was sorting and organizing and painstakingly editing the driver info in each file when I noticed there seems to be only 16 Rosenqvist cars in here... did his Portland car get left out by mistake? I checked the lst file and there apparently should be a file named "2023_6_PDX," however I can't seem to find that one.

Awesome set. Love the commitment that everyone involved took to make this set a success. I might be overlooking it but I didn’t happen to see Josef Newgarden’s Indy 500 car in the Final 2023 set. Again great set for a great nr2003 mod.
