Garrett Smithley qualified 28th for the Alsco Uniforms 300 at Charlotte Raceway and finished 33rd after battling an engine issue late in the race. Garrett was honoring Marine Lance Cpl. Christopher S. Fowlkes, fallen SCHP Officer John Steve Beheler and Army SSG Earl Wayne Farris, Sr. on his racecar with special decals on the quarter panel and the c-post.
