I seen you post from a while back and yes they are very similar. It's not just NR2003 though, I can't get it to work on any other games or screens. I've tried everything.I have the same problem, thinking it's due to a specific setting or something like that.
I'm on Windows 10 bill. I can do some key combinations and get the snip? tool. I haven't tried it in game though but it sounds a lot like what you are talking about. What version of Windows are you using cnyle? I use Win 11 and using the PRTSC button opens an option box at the top of the screen that gives you options of Rectangular mode, Freeform mode, Window mode, or Fullscreen mode, click on one of the options and go directly to whatever paint program you use and select Paste As New Image.
That's how I was always able to do it Bill but on this new computer it no longer works. I have an AMD card for the first time. I've always had Nvidia so I'm not 100% sure if the studio has something to do with it.On Win10 just hit your PRTSC button and then go to directly to your paint program and select Past As New Image.
Fullscreen mode but I can try windowed. Are you in windowed mode or fullscreen mode?
Maybe try the other one depending on what you have.
Just a thought if you haven't tried it.
I haven't had nr2003 on windows 10, but on 11 screen shots are not a problem, I think you can still upgrade to 11 for free, if you can't get it solved and windows is actually the problem.Fullscreen mode but I can try windowed.
I read something about ctrl + shift + l for a screen shot with amd. Look in your amd software for hot keys, print screen could be in there, I actually have amd for cpu, not graphics card, mine is Nvidia.Any reason why my screenshots come out like this? I'm not taking a shot of the splash screen but that's all I can get.

Did you try the amd software hot keys, if you have the amd card then you should have the software hot keys.I was able to figure out that some of it was user error. I had to use t he Fn key along with the Print Screen. I can now take screenshots from the keyboard but, as far as NR2003 goes it still doesn't take an in game shot, just the same splashscreen I posted at the beginning.
