Also making a rare contribution to this thread: This wouldn't be a mod in the traditional sense, but I'd really like to have an NR utility that either enforces the Damaged Vehicle Policy like we have now, or forces AI cars to follow the limp.lp lines when going a lap down. Something I have always hated about NR2003's AI is damaged cars trying to blend into traffic and creating logjams.
If I had the capability to do this myself I would. Otherwise, messing with the track.INI and LP's can only get me so far. :V
