Windows 11's infrastructure is very similar to 10's so I'd imagine that Nr2003 wouldn't have many issues with it.
I haven't upgraded (and don't really plan to until 10's EOL) so I can't really say anything yet.

Remember, NASCAR Racing 2003 Season was designed for Windows XP service pack 1, there will come a time where many hoops will have to be jumped threw, just like the the ones for Grand Prix Legends has now.

On the plus side, emulators seem to be improving, so maybe by then it won't be so hard.

I guess as long as Windows XP service pack 1-3 is an option to run in Compatibility mode after upgrading to Windows 11.

Thanks for the reply info. That's a relief knowing NR2003 will survive. Does the game still require Compatibility Mode Windows XP service pack 3 to be selected?

No.
Running NR2003 on a win 11 laptop.

My complaint thus far is that I have no sensible driving inputs. This machine has no numpad.

No.
More fun with Win 11:

I can not yet work out how to get NR2003 running in a window on this laptop. The switches that you'd input into an icon, don't appear to work.

Also, the 4K patch is a must. After deblur (see another thread) allocating more resources sends the CPU into nutzoid land. The 4K patch must go some kind of goblin magic and split the processing into smaller chunks. CPU usage fell from 84% to 3%.
