so i was wanting to edit the mips on Homestead 2019 Dtn and when i opened the ptf (the dat wasnt packed from whoever posted the track download) the pdf did not open and sandbox said it was missing some 3dos, so i did some research on what can be done to resolve the issue.

however it said i needed an "empty USB drive"
is there is a way to fix that issue without having to buy a empty USB?
