Not sure this is the right place, but I'm thinking this close.
So, since NRatings no longer supports IndyCar, and I'm doing the IndyCar set, I was tying to search for formulas for ratings. The only one I could find was Dooper's at Weebly. Now I'm not a master at spread sheets, so I'm asking for help at making this spreadsheet. I've done a bit, but I look at some ratings and they seem low, so I don't know if I've messed up the formulas or what. Any help would be appreciated.
