Sorry, kinda got wrapped up with the other guy's little fun there. Anyways, you're asking about if someone made a model of Kansas Speedway with the SpongeBob paint scheme? Correct? Well, I don't know what to tell you, but I don't think anyone's done that one, I'm afraid. Looked at this where I find all the tracks I use: https://nr2k3.weebly.com/all-tracks.html and the closest you could get is the 2014 Kansas model, but I don't think SpongeBob was sponsoring that.
