Notwithstanding the fact that you're jumping around from car to car like a rabbit going up and down on a trampoline in an elevator, I can't find anything wrong with the audio. It sounds clean and there's not any bursting at all.
I suggest that what you have is an encoding problem; which is caused by trying to overload your poor overworked CPU. It's trying real hard. It wants to do what's best.
Remember, 1080p has more than twice the number of encoded pixels in each frame versus 720p. That's going to increase the amount of work your CPU has to do.
If you don't need 4K, don't use it. If you don't need 1080p, don't use it. It'll look fine on 720p and less. SD is only 480p + 576i.
You'll find those settings in your video encoder (OBS, Movavi, DivX, etc.)
