[Solved] Sandbox No Longer Opens On Win10

Hello, for a little while I have been using the sandbox editor to tweak around at some tracks mainly for personal liking. I took a little break from it and NR2003 in general for awhile but I still had both installed, untouched. I recently got back into the game and thought to edit some tracks again but when I go to run it, the cursor shows the hourglass like it's processing, then it disappears, and nothing happens. I'm thinking one of the final Windows 10 updates done screwed it over or something...would love thoughts and possible solutions.

I've already tried reinstalling to no avail.

Can you go back to a version of W10 that it worked with?

Go into the properties by right clicking on sandbox, click the compatibility tab and choose either “windows XP service pack 3” or “windows 7”. Just got a new PC myself and sandbox was refusing to work until I changed the compatibility settings.
