What are the dimensions of said file?

They must be some power of 2
512 x 512
1024 x 1024
2048 x 2048 etc

The directory structure should be ..... NR2003\exports_imports

and the file MUST be *.tga



Other than that, I cut and pasted your screen cap and tga'd into a different mod and it sort of works (not really)

The circular arrows over the OneDrive or OneDrive for work or school notification icons signify that sync is in progress; this includes when you are uploading files, or OneDrive is syncing new files from the cloud to your PC.

This is not an issue with the game; but rather, your One Drive settings.

The game can not see files that do not exist, are still being synched, or are hosted remotely.

The simplest thing that I would suggest is taking the whole directory and putting it on a non OneDrive drive.

c:\ or d:\

Other than that, I've got nothing
