To be fair the Thunderbird model's nose is way off on this mod. In real life the nose was cleaner and had more bevels and roundness to it and the upper grill was positioned better. Don't take this as me hating on the mod I am not. I am thankful that they chose to include the T-bird but I feel the models in this particular mod were rushed. Not just the T-bird but also the Pontiac. I think they could have benefitted from a little extra polish and maybe a couple of extra poly's in the nose.

You're spoiling us with all these awesome paints on my favorite mod! I guess there must be only about a week left of this since we're at 88 today. But if you have all these cars done then does that mean... this car set is almost complete?? Hmm...

Incredible job on this project and thank you for sharing all the progress shots as it has become one of the highlights of my morning for real haha

Thank YOU all for the love, support and patience for me as I grind my way through this project. It's been a long time in the making - but the end of the tunnel is in sight!

I have 10 completed 'regular season' paint schemes left to post for my car-a-day. After that (not including the full 1997 Suzuka roster which will come at a later date) I have ~10 special paint schemes on my checklist to complete (most are started in one form or another) before I call it quits with the number of cars I'll be including. The crew layers are going to be my final hurdle on most of these entries.

In all, there will be 111 '97 scheme + 4 BONUS paints! When the Suzuka set is complete it will stand at 145 cars. Maybe I can find a few more fillers to make is 150 - but I'm not going to drive myself nuts, I already do that on a daily basis! Lol.

I'm aiming to officially release this whole set before I retire to the woods of NH for a week of disconnected vacation with the family in early August. It may be prior to that - but I'm making that my cut off date

Stay tuned!
