after i purshase a wireless mouse my pc doesnt detect the speakers and headphones after plug in that how i can fix that

Ask Windows, that's the best I can do or ask someone in your area who can actually look at the problem first hand.

Wintel 7/10 machines will usually only recognise one audio output at a time.

Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > Sound > Manage Audio Devices > Playback

That will send you down the rabbit hole to see what the machine is currently looking at for audio output.

But USB mice and audio conflict? That's harder to diagnose.
I'm currently looking at a mouse, wireless keyboard, scanner, fax machine, printer, tablet, thumb drive, external HDD and guitar tuner and it can see the lot on my machine.

Also, look in the "Devices & Printers" area and make sure your headphones are selected as default device. Left click on the windows start button and pick this category.
