Ever since the dawn of NR2003 and even before then the Papyrus Scripting Language has as far as I am aware never had a native scripting language option in text editors or IDE programs. This meant modders were working in plain text for decades. Well that is all about to change today as I present the first public Papyrus Script User Language addon for Notepad++ :
