just curious, what did you do to make it work?
I had similar issues and fixed by turning off secure boot, disabled DEP; reboot along with using my own personal copy of install files rather than the ones posted on the net.

I would have to go back and check, because after a windows update it quit working again.

I really want to put a complete download walkthrough of the game (with all the patches, 4gb patch, DEP instructions, etc) and try to do a fresh install...because I still have to play with my CD. It crashes occasionally, but not bad.

I have just recently rebuilt my sim. A few weeks ago i had 2 installs working great; then boom a damn windows update and it all went down.
Took me a week of trial and error and a lot of google / youtube but I got them back and now have 4 working installs.
I did have to go thru the whole win10 secure boot disable and disable DEP using winpowershell but I seem to have resolved all major issues

Hey guys, not sure if this is the forum to ask on (sorry i'm new). But I'm having an issue with AI cars. If I select, for example, 28 AI cars, only 24 appear. If I select 38, only 28 appear. Any ideas why?

Double check that you don't have duplicate AI cars with the same car number.

If you have two guys with say, #24, only one will run in the race.

No matter lads, I have figured it out. I hadn't got unique numbers on each car

Sorry to bother you with this but I see many people say something with the nr2003c.exe
So exactly what is that file? Is this a rename noCD exe?

How does this work with Spotter Pack? Do I still just replace the current exe file with this one, and then remove the CD?

I've been giving that new exe to a few of my friends who are on win10 or win 8 and so far every time has been a success. Don't often see a website host those files, that site also hosts, a download of the entire NR2003 game. Is that okay to do these days? I mean, the game hasn't been able to be sold since 2004. I can't imagine anyone caring but the fellas over at iRacing sure got weird about modification/availability in the past.
