Quite possibly, yes.

I want to say that the biggest shutout was the 1916 Georgia Tech vs Cumberland football game where the Georgia Tech Engineers (now the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets) defeated the Cumberland College Bulldogs (now the Cumberland University Phoenix) with a score of 222-0, the most lopsided score in the history of college football.

Got my three wisdom teeth removed this morning (apparently I was born without the one on the top right of my mouth). Procedure went well, took about 50 minutes, and now to follow the instructions on taking care of it. They were able to give me a headband and temperature packs to help with swelling and a tube of medicine in case I get a dry socket. Gonna be a fun few weeks. lol

Does the GEICO Gecko not carry the same cultural cues in America?
I think that because the GEICO Gecko sounds like he's from south east London, that he's as dodgy as all get out.

We wouldne want anything to 'appen to it, now would we?
'Ow 'bout you pay us a few hundred quid a month, and we'll make sure that blokes with hammers don't show up, eh?

Nah, don't really get that from him. Just a Cockney lizard trying to sell us car insurance.

"Just a Cockney lizard trying to sell us car insurance."

I even read that in air quotes in a dodgy south east london accent, within the sound of Bow's bells.

I found this funny article, of what I call the,"If at first you don't succeed, try, try, again bird."

TL : DR a bird migrated to an atoll, and evolved into a flightless species. The atoll was submerged, the bird went extinct. Then the same ancestral bird species came to the island again, RE-evolved into the SAME species, and died out again when the atoll was flooded once more. Then the same damn ancestral bird came to the island, and evolved again into the EXACT SAME FLIGHTLESS FRIGGIN BIRD that went extinct twice before
:p
.

I heard of convergent evolution, where animals evolve due to similar pressures, or animals sharing a lineage, but to evolve into the same exact genetic species 3 times is utterly ridiculous.

Highbank - "I got me a hankering for some catfish, hushpuppies, and some great southern style coleslaw...YUM!"

Being from the South, I can relate to that, although I don't do catfish (not a fish person). Much prefer fried shrimp...

Hey NASCAR... rain tyres exist. What happened at 'Dega, is daft.

I bet you could have working compounds on a Superspeedway.

Ok.

The fact that this comment doesnt belong in this forum topic, is not going to stop me from explaining why you're wrong.

Heat. Heats and Rubber are a real bitch to each other. You know why they race on Road Courses in the rain? The Tires get equal heat to all sides.

It's like putting your dinner in the oven. It'll cook evenly and as long as you did a propper job, said food will taste great!

Wet tires on an Oval track, however, is a different meal. Heat only goes to one side of the tire, and with that, its not evenly displaces.

Its like cooking tour dinner in a microwave. Everything but the middle gets hot, and it tastes bad and makes you feel bad.

Also, speed. Speed is not something Rain tires are meant for. You'll hydroplane from loosing grip. GT, LMP, V8's all suffer it.

Also, safety, cause no one is gonna risk their ass driving 200 mph in rain. Nope. Not happening.

So if this gets taken down, at least I said what I said.

Also...

Any plans on an offline league in the future? Just curious.
