For season mode in NR2003, whenever I change a drivers paint scheme (example, Kyle bush M&M car from interstate battery car), the game counts the changed scheme as a new entry in the points standings. Is there anyway to make it where I can change a drivers paint scheme in season mode and have it not count as a new driver in the points standings. Apoligize to any mods if this doesn't count as technical help, but I wanted to ask you guys about it.

First of all, the game itself counts the points of the cars, not the drivers, the recommended software to make seasons is the Scoring Page of nr2k3 mods, Score4 and Race Points Manager.

A lot of people have been using excel spreadsheets to keep track of points as well. If you are really savvy with excel you can make it calculate points for you, or you can do it by hand and enter them manually. This is helpful if you want to do a custom points system in some way.

Also, a lot of people don't know that you don't have to purchase excel if you don't already have it. Google spreadsheets is basically the same thing, and microsoft office has an online version of excel that is free, you just need a microsoft account (which is also free).
