N4 Track Building Tools?

I didn't know where to put this, so I decided to put it here. What I'm asking, essentially, is that I have been looking for the track building resources for Nascar Racing 4 (2001), but have come up empty handed as of yet. I came here to ask, if anyone has or knows of these resources, would they be kind enough to point me in the direction of such?

Don't know, but I would think you could do it in sandbox.

Yup, I'm pretty sure that the tracks for N4 and NR2002 were made with the Sandbox program.

Problem is, when I unpack with DatX and attempt to open the .ptf, I get this. No shared folder, and after using DatX all files are present, just seems unable to open them. Sandbox is running in compatibility mode with XP SP3

Is your shared folder unpacked? If not unpack it and copy everything from the unpacked folder back into the shared folder. Do NOT delete the shared.dat file.

There isn't a shared folder in N4 as far as I know. Do you mean the 2003 shared folder?

No.. I didn't remember if NR4 had that or not.. I haven't had that installed since NR2003 was released. So its been a few years..

I'm kind wondering why you're even bothering with that version. There is no market for it out here, and any support is long gone. ????
