I'm know there must be, but which Daytona and Talladega models have multiple grooves for AI racing? I have zero experience in editing track.ini files so I'd rather download a track that already has it.

Almost, if not every, addon Talladega and Daytona is multi-groove. Look at the track.ini after getting a track and if you notice the asphalt, concrete and paint lines are included (and have different numbers instead of the same number), it is most likely a multi-groove track.

For example, the standard Daytona has 1.00 for concrete and 1.00 asphalt with no 'paint' line while Talladega has 1.06 concrete and 1.06 asphalt with no 'paint' line.

Now check a track like Daytona_1963 and notice it's got -
track_asphalt_grip = 0.73
track_concrete_grip = 0.75
track_paint_grip = 0.81

Or Daytona_1970 and it's got -
track_asphalt_grip = 1.15
track_concrete_grip = 1.35
track_paint_grip = 1.65

Or Daytona_GN70 -
track_asphalt_grip = 1.01
track_concrete_grip = 1.07
track_paint_grip = 1.12

In these cases, the low line is 'asphalt', middle is 'concrete' and high is 'paint'.

BR tracks are most certainly multi-groove but look for those lines in other tracks for the era you like and you should be able to determine which have multiple grooves - https://nr2k3.weebly.com/superspeedways.html

Have fun!
