As many cars you've painted, what seems to be the problem with this fairly easy base ?

I hate to tell you this, but the top view don't match the 2 side views where the yellow meets the A-post.
what do you think about this?

That's looks great. My problem on this base is trying to align the yellow on the right to the positioning on the left. Normally i just do whatever design in the left side, duplicate it and just flip it vertically, but for whatever reason i either push it too far towards the back or too far towards the front. I wasn't able to get it positioned in the middle and it was more than noticeable, which drove me nuts. Thank you, i really appreciate it.

Well, I make the driver side layout first, convert it to a raster layer, turn on the wire frame, then paint a 10 pixel square somewhere on the same layout layer where the wire frame makes a 90º corner, then copy the whole side, paste it to the passenger side, flip it vertically, then while it's still sellected, move it to the 90º corner that matches the driver side. Leaving it still selected, save a copy to the car viewer to check the alignment, if good, then deselect it, erase the 2 squares and boom, there it is.
Also in my opinion, the Ford logo on the hood is way too big.

Thanks again, i will make sure to use those steps with future schemes. I will most likely downsize the Ford logo on the nose.
