Kasey Kahne Racing Number Set - Request

Wondering if anyone here has or can make the Kasey Kahne Racing number set, I'm looking to create a #53 and have it on my helmet design for some car events next year as a tribute to one of my heroes.
I believe a few years ago a number set was around but I can't find anything as of lately, hopefully I'm not blind! I feel like this is probably the best site to ask!

I've tried to create my desired number using the #4 and #9 references on Google but haven't dipped into creating numbers enough to create an accurate design.
