I don't think it's my one drive i think it's my game cuz they show up as synced but they don't show up the game

yes I've got the new driver setup I'm just trying to put that challenger in

Do other TGAs import?

Maybe your TGA settings are bad on that 1 file.

Re-save one of those other TGAs as 'b' to create a new file, copy merge your car and paste into/onto the newer TGA.

See if that works.

Those two files have pictures of clouds next to them; the other has a tick, per the description from Microsoft.

Try this re-save the tga as 24 bit then re-import them
