I can't open NRatings, alternatives?

I can't open NRatings on my PC after installing it. I checked the 64soft website and it's not working. Is there a solution or an alternative program?

I only use my laptop, so I don't have any other devices running Windows or other operating systems. I asked if there's an alternative to NRatings; there was one on Reddit, but I don't remember its name.
