Greetings (Again)

I'm no ghost, but I felt the name was fitting. I'm the guy that used to go by Cutch_22 and then some kind of Slick name too that I changed it to before I ended up deactivating because I just wasn't active at all. I was a pretty active member of the community, ran Pick'Em for the 2019 Season, and even assisted (albeit in small pieces) on some community car sets on here. In late 2019, I got promoted at work, my workload changed, and all of a sudden I found myself distancing myself from not just the NR2003 Community but NASCAR as a whole. It's something my ex and I used to enjoy watching together, so while I made it through 2019 and my divorce, I kept it together, I just had no interest as the year went on this year. My ex was not very fond of me taking what little "me" time I had to create schemes.

I continued to follow guys like Noah, DMP, among others on social media, and have always been inspired by their designs, among others on Instagram. I think what finally got the seed planted to get me back on here was a few weeks ago while visiting my now girlfriend's family. We were going through some of her dad's old collectables when we came across a trove of Tony Stewart 1:24's from the late 90's and early 00's. He suggested I take "whatever you want, they're just collecting dust up here". After carefully checking prices to make sure he wouldn't be making a mint by reselling them, I ended up taking a couple home with me. Mainly duplicates, and a couple that had sentimental value to me (one being his old Shell car and the other being the 3 Doors Down Car he drove for Chance 2).

Now that I'm working from home, I'm staring at those cars to the left of my work desk, and roughly 8 1:64's I've collected this year and hung up in front of me on the wall, I've realized that I miss playing around in Gimp and putting together schemes. I also was cleaning out my desk the other day and found a Stunod Racing Sticker that Adam sent me I believe earlier this year, and that was the guilt trip I needed to get back into this.

I'm excited to get back into the swing of things and continue contributing and participating in the NR2003/Stunod Community.

Cheers :fist
