My ingame config. Runs really fine at 60fps. Computer from 2010/2011. At the time I bought it to run the CUP90 and CUP69/70. My old Pentium 4 couldn't handle it very well.

My rend_dxg config:

AnisotropicLevel=8
TextureSetSize=1024000000
BitsPerPixel=16
TestedFullScreen=1
Height=900
Width=1440
vSyncMode=0
MipMapLODBias=-0.50
BestStampVOffset=0.50
BestStampUOffset=0.50
UseStencilBuffer=0
MipFilter=2
MinFilter=2
MagFilter=2
Renderer=nvd3dum.dll
Version=Product 21 Version 21.13 Build 4201
Vendor=NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
I tried your config on OpenGL and I believe it works, it's the farthest I've ever gone (3 laps in phoenix, amazing right) so I believe it works!

I'll either try it later or tomorrow, I have something going on right now. Thanks for the feedback and keep me updated with anything you might want to share!

Ooops! I think I managed to identify it! Your display memory is set only 128MB.

Edit: Ask someone experienced to check the BIOS and check the video memory size, if have an option to increase in the BIOS. Mine has an option to increase. Default was 128 so I increased it to its maximum 1GB.

How would I change the display memory? I tried looking it up on google and it only showed video memory.

Video memory. Not every notebook has this option, but if it does, it will be within the BIOS settings. As there are many manufacturers and models, it is difficult for me to tell you the exact path. That's why I tell you to check with someone you know who has experience to check your notebook's BIOS if it has this option.

I'm pretty sure I edited the right thing and I changed it to 1875 MB but when i go back in and check on the size it still says 128 MB.

I found something that says dedicated video memory that's at 128mb but I don't know if I can change it. I don't see a way I can.

Update: After reinstalling NR2003 and putting most of the graphics to medium, I can run a smooth 30fps on DirectX Graphics while racing. Unfortunately, when in spectator mode I can only get about 7fps. It's still an amazing improvement compared to just 2 months ago.

Update 2: I have got it to work on OpenGL and it's not crashing as much anymore. I got through a full race finally without it crashing.
