update: i've found the 2 daytona opener cars using the wayback machine. My dumb brain didn't realize that i could go all the way back to early 2018, when the schemes were only daytona schemes.
Now i am just trying to find more xfinity cars from SRD in 2018 painted by mudd, i have a feeling most of the cars from that season i still don't have yet.
