I noticed when I use the save game editor on a field with more then 42 AI cars it crashes. So I was wondering is anyone knew a different way to edit the save files.

The person that wrote that editor found a way. The svg file is part of nr2003.
Taking that svg stands for save game and not a vector graphics file some may be thinking.
Looks like the application reads the svg file into a list box and your choices are move up and down and randomize, that is an mfc application so a lot of the code is already in class let's say. So I think mfc was a long time ago, it's possibly crashing because it may be more compatible with windows XP, You could try changing the programs compatibility mode, just thought of that.
That program just reads that file and let's you perform some operations on the contents of the file and you then can save it again. I am not the expert programmer by any means but reading that file is key, try the compatibility mode. Then maybe go from there.

That didn't work sadly, but thanks anyway

I'll keep experimenting with it, but if there are any other ideas I will definitely give it a try.
