Does Anybody Have Colin Braun's 2008 #6 Truck For CTS09?

I Have The Carfile, I Downloaded It From The Nr2003 Encyclopedia, But I Put The File In The Cars Folder. But It Doesnt Show Up In Game, I Tried Renaming The CarFile, And Opening It In WinMip (But it Didn't Show Up Their Either)
So I Was Wondering If Anybody Else Had The Carfile. Because I Believe The One I Have Is Broken.
