Make sure you have the correct IP and/or try RLM.
You should be able to connect at any time, even if it's on the loading screen.

I'll have Greenville-Pickens up for testing during the week so let me know if you have any issues.

yep that's the one I have, I tried it with and without the port number. both had the same error message.
