Completely broken graphics no textures/paint schemes

i have no paint scheme textures or pit box textures or wall/track surface textures properly loading all seem to be broken do not know what to change in order to fix this running the no cd install

i dont know my specs i had the game working just fine literally yesterday after noon then i had opened it last night and everything had gone to junk but i hadnt messed with the INI

Looking at that shot from Texas... probably a memory/texture memory issue.
