Help with Assetto Corsa

Hello.
In my quest for FPS, I've reduced my resolution and run in a window. I had found a 'center window' button previously but can't find it again and it must have defaulted back to unchecked because now the window is in the upper left corner of my monitor.
Can somebody point me to which of the many settings screen in CM or AC that has the 'center window' option?

And while I'm on the topic of AC help, what is that display on the left side of the screen and how did it get there? It wasn't there last time I played and it's not highlighted in the list of apps but there it is!


Another something. I can't "esc" to bring up the menu. No keys are working. I tried using the 'chat' and I'd type but nothing would happen. I had to close the window to get out of the car, which is going to make adjusting for pit stops difficult.

Any help is appreciated.

Still wondering how this side bar showing drivers appeared and how to get rid of it. It was showing at the bottom of the screen and I moved the 'essentials' to accommodate for it but last race, it showed up on the side again.

Any help is appreciated.

Its either F9 or F10 Zig.. It's a built in app. One of those buttons will cycle it from the bottom, to the side, then off. Im not much help on running in a window. Maybe a google will solve the centering issue?

I installed the video card Blitzman sent me today so no more running in a window! I'm getting 57 FPS full screen, 1920x1080 so I might be able to see the track now!
I'll try that F9 and F10.

And another question about AC...
I recently installed a new CSP (2. and everything is way too bright as far as the sky and car textures. This car is yellow in the hanger, which is cool, but when I get on the track, the colour is all washed out. I would like to adjust the brightness but can not find a way to do that. I've looked around and read that "Page Up" and "Page Down" are supposed to adjust the brightness so I pressed the Page Down until it was at "-1000%" and there was no change at all. I pressed "Page Up" until it was back to "0" and there was no change at all.
Somebody said "disable HDR" but in true 'helpful' fashion, did not mention where to disable HDR or what HDR is and since I can not find "HDR", I can not disable it.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!

Does "Generate LODs" work for anybody? I get "please install a valid license" and in true AC fashion, it doesn't say what license, where to get one or how to install it, just leaves me hanging.
So, if you know of this license, where to get it or have the "Generate LODs" working on your end, let me know.

Swapping engine sound does NOT effect the server so it's one of the things that can be changed without having to worry about joining online.

Not sure if the lod generator still works Zigg.. The license you need is for SimplygonSDK_10.1.11000.0 (the version may be different by now?) I'll see if I can get it to work later. Those LODs will drive you crazy like everythin else. lol Always something turning off/on when you don't want it to..
