Since I bought a new PC a couple of weeks before, i just installed NR2003 again.

Now if I starts the game and move onto the opponent screen sometimes the Mouse Cursor turns to black. So it's hard to see where it is.

Does anyone know this problem and can explain me why it's happened and what I have to do to get rid of this?

Thanks in Advance

Is your cursor animated or custom, if it is change it to a default. Reply to that first.

Does it do it on the player info screen?
Does it do it on the options screen?
Did you change the background from animated to all black?
Is your mouse wireless?

It changes in every menu from time to time. I f I tap aout and back in, everything is fine again.

The background is the standard of the game.

My Mouse is wireless, but it happened even when I connect it by wire. And it's the same like it was on my old PC.

Now I am going to assume that the mouse is a new one
and not the same one from the old computer.

If you are using the same mouse from the old computer it seems like the mouse itself is the problem.

I'll add this, is the sim set to use directx or open gl?
If it's open gl, I would change it to dx, if already dx it shouldn't be a problem.

I already render the game on directX.

I can't imagine that it is a problem with my mouse (which is the same as on my old PC) itself, because the cursor is there and it's moving and all. The only thing is, that it is black! So it's hard to see in the menues.

You may want to try using another mouse to test it, you really shouldn't be having that problem. Trying another one and I would try a wired one would be the best test otherwise you may be chasing a problem that doesn't exist.
