let’s say I wanted to make Marlboro Motor Raceway. You know how it has that 1/3rd mile oval attached to it, right?
Or Indy Raceway Park’s road course, how it has the oval connected to the road course’s back stretch? Right, you get the idea.
My question is, would it be possible to make a basic, undecorated short oval track in sandbox (only asphalt, walls, and fences) and convert the ptf into a 3DO with a decent poly count? or is it just a matter of learning how to create the 3DO from scratch?
I’d consider myself still very new to track making, have plenty of ideas and am trying to find ways of going about them and this popped into my head while looking at MMR on Google earth. Advice very much appreciated!
