a quick question about car resolutions

Gentlemen,

I have one of my AI championships racing at one track some of the car liveries were blurry messes, then at the next race they were so clearly defined that they look real. Can anyone tell me why that is happening?

Wow, thank you guys so much for the links. It looks like I am watching cars on TV now. Will get it added into my other 3 loads of the game today so get the same quality in those.
