1 - Mid 70s Cup
2 - Kingsport Speedway
3 - Bigger online racing community

Mid '70s Cup again...the most neglected era of the sport in the NR2003 world...it's amazing that it's gone un-addressed...NOT that the efforts made by several to "fake-it" with other mods...now MoparBobs long dormant work shows up in rFactor 2...and an Assetta Coprsa version is maybe in the works...neither of these sims are oval centered and they do the Mid '70s thing? It does exist in HEAT and a very fine version indeed.

HEAT has excellent physics and the ability to have more than four models is used to great advantage with this and many other mods...HEAT just makes me smile when I race it...:)

The only reason I don't play Heat more is due to the small nuances of inserting a car, only able to have one paint scheme per number, and lack of cars starting with zero (just small nuances, but inconvenient for someone whos obsession is having as many cars, drivers, and paint schemes as possible.)

I know it's a real chore to add paints...I wish it could be streamlined, but it is what it is...I race my '68 Trans Am set in HEAT al ot, I just love it.

1. A 1981 to 1987 NASCAR Winston Cup Series mod without that ugly rear window (hate to say it)
2. Portland Speedway from the 1998 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series schedule
3. I would like to see my hometown track that is behind my house, Hinchliffe Stadium.

PST is working on a version of the .5 mi. Portland oval that the CTS ran at in 1995-1998, but it looks much different than the track in these pics you've posted.

1 a mod: None, The late 90's mod is already in production, so I have nothing else :p
2 a track: The LVMS Bullring, or all of the EA sports fantasy tracks.
3 a thing: Better Qualifying, including more than 43 cars on an entry list/go or go homers, and simulated staggered qualifying, as well as proper multi round qualifying. Also the option to do heat races after qualifying sessions ;)
My PST development team partner, Carl Sundberg, just started working on the LVMS Bullring. No time frame on when it will be done, but I just wanted to get it out there that we're working on it.

1. A mod that adds a better replay view (for offline leagues)
2. Probably will happen soon due to being on 2018 schedule, the Charlotte Roval
3. I wish there was casual online league that taught people to race properly and help noobs get better without frustrating veteran racers.

1. I know it's already in the works, but the completed MENCS mod.
2. Don't know if anyone has made the repaved Texas yet, but I'd like to see that.
3. Updated Indycar Carsets. Not a good painter so I'd love to stumble across one.

The pictures I posted is of Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson, NJ. It became part of the historic parks of Paterson. (Oh, one more thing, a 1995-1999 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series mod.)

There was a Legends mod in development at one point. Issue became that the size of the cars didn't exactly agree with NR2003. There's photos of it somewhere out there in the Internet.

I think I know of one such attempt at faking it ;)
