#9 Tony Stewart 2011 Logos

Hey, can you guys help me find these two logos, any help will be appreciated. Also sorry the pictures sorta small.

The hat-looking one is a tribute decal to co-founder Charles Lewis (aka Mask), who passed away a couple years prior.
