I mean they did nail the showcar

If you take the Charter 36 + the Hezeberg #27 plus a somewhat likely Kvyat #26, that makes 38 cars

If the Tarso Marques team actually shows up as planned (haven't yet so far) that would be 39 entries, meaning that even if these 3 non charter cars show up, the #30 makes the race.

The only thing that would put them in peril is if those 4 show up plus another (maybe the Trackhouse Project 91 gets a second race, maybe MBM motorsports shows up with Boris Said (supposedly they have been looking for funding to run cup races in the back half of the season) or some other entry out of left field.

But the likelyhood of the #79 team ever showing seems slim (but then again look at what we said about The Money Team) so the #30 shouldn't have to worry about a DNQ even if the #66 or #91 roll off the trailer.

Now, I know that would probably be unexpected but looks like their driver might be Justin Allgaier as they follow each other on social media + it has been hinted by the team
Update: Christopher Tate has announced he has teamed up with 3f racing for his ARCA debut, maybe a truck debut and apparently some cup races (since he hasn't even races in ARCA I don't see this going too well honestly)
He apparently has run late model races with the team in the past

I believe that if they do make it to the track (which in this case looks like a legit chance), Earl Bamber would drive at the Roval while Allgaier does the other 4. Bamber should be able to race because he has done Xfinity at Daytona before too...
So far this looks like it is real and I believe that the Stange team won't ever field a cup car at this point.
