@Wheatenland the driver model would be the figure used in the seat etc

I was asking because I have my MENCS19 driver template (many layers) separate from the car template.

So I can look towards '22 stuff working on things knowing what the driver template is etc

Physics are hard coded into .exe, but racing setups can be made for each track. The Physics editor for nr2003 is very rare, only a few of us have it, and it is not used legaly.

Hi guys any new updates on this mods?
1. Do not ask a person who is building something complex in their spare time for free for updates. When they have something to share, they will.

2. The posts here are interested parties who are posting on the progress they have seen on social media. If you actually want to see progress of this, you should reference the social media in the first post.

You know guys, nothing had been discussed, at least in this thread, since Oct. 7th. I don't see anything wrong with someone asking if there was any update when it has been more than 2 months since the last discussion. (Again I am just talking this thread) So for you all to be throwing shade is immature and childish on your parts. A simple reply of "Nothing new to update at this time." would have sufficed.
Let's stop attacking everyone who ever asks about updates. It's not like they were posting here asking every other day.

+1 this

Those people aren't employed under contract by us to deliver a good at a certain time. Be thankful that any work is done at all.

Only Official Mod team members can comment to that on such issues.

User only has 10 posts.

It's not like they are an active part of the community here at Sunodracing.... so Yes, I take issue with asking for updates.

The developer's Twitter, which is where they're posting most of their updates: https://twitter.com/FCRDesigns?s=20

As someone who makes a show and assets for this game, I don't have issues with being asked how my projects are doing, and I would have no appreciation whatsoever for people piling onto those who ask on my behalf. There's no reason to have this on my "things that make me mad" list.

I have a lot of respect for you so please don't take this the wrong way, I promise I am not trying to be an asshole. My comment was not meant to be condescending, but simply a statement that it isn't usually a good idea to do that, and also where to go to find what he is looking for. I can see how it could come off as being a jerk, but that was not my intention.

I get the impulse ask, I get that the thread had not been commented on in a while. Believe me, I would very much like to see an update as well. And for those of you that are alright with being asked for updates, kudos to you, that is awesome, and I thank you for your positive attitude. But not every creator feels this way. It is a bummer when people quit or stop sharing their work because others are impatient. And yeah, there are those that go overboard with it, and have a fit with every little thing someone says. But there aren't many threads in this forum of someone posting a work in progress without "when is this going to be posted" or "what else has been done," etc. The simple fact of the matter is that if they have content to share, they will share it. Mod making takes a lot of time and can be very tedious, and they are going to go at whatever pace they are able to go, which could be months or even a year or more.

And since this thread isn't the original source, it probably isn't the most up to date of what is happening. Like I said before, if you want progress on what is going on, look up the social media referenced in the first post, it will probably give you better info than anything in this thread.
