It's a very simple addon I made out of boredom. It goes great with Three Seven Speedway and the Daytona USA End Music mod

As far as I'm aware, this was a program that helped change UI for mods like UIE. Google only gives a result to two threads, which is unfortunate since I want to see if I can have a try at it and one day make my own UI.

This is an alternate trkwin.stp file that you can place in the folder of any track. It replaces the image that appears behind the winning car and headline announcement. In my opinion, it works well with the default Papyrus tracks and Brian Ring tracks... these are the tracks I've tested it...
