This .png file has been created to be converted to an .ico file and used as an icon for the NR2003 shortcut. Unfortunately Stunod does not allow .ico files to be uploaded, however you can have the file converted b y simply googling png to ico converter and dragging in this file, than downloading the .ico. When the ico has been downloaded, right click on the shortcut, then click properties, then click change icon, click browse and find your .ico file.
