This is a basic NNC07 3 car scene using 3dsMax9 and Brazil.
(Brazil required!!!)

Also, it might be easier just to use the "Eye Dropper" in the Material Editor and click on the car to import your painted flat.

Please feel free to move stuff around to fit your preference.
